Thinking is ok

Why do we need to meditate? What good does it do us to sit and be quiet? Meditating helps us to concentrate, focus and observe ourselves in an impartial and very focused way. This allows us to observe how we react to all situations and circumstances that arise in our daily lives without judgment and condemning. This impartiality allows us to create a very gentle and relaxed metamorphosis.

Servants of Life

Silence is necessary in order for us to be able to focus on our true objective in life. We need to live our lives in a selfless manner without attachment to the, I me and mine. When we free ourselves from opinions and lessen the attachments of desire, needing and wanting we experience the true being-ness of life…joy! Deep acceptance of what is so sets us free. As we peel back the layers of deception we have created and throw them away forever, we lighten the load we are carrying and lighten our life. Thus reveling what is the true life we have presently, which is full of happiness, joy, freedom and love. Embrace the silence and see for yourself that all you want in here and now.

Perfection in all

There is absolute perfection in each and every moment that we experience, though the world may seem chaotic, loveless and without compassion we are surrounded by love; enveloped by compassion and guided by intuition. Make the connection with present moment awareness and see that there is nothing wrong in this moment right now. You are fine and all is well.

Perfection in all

Being here now (when we don’t want to be here now)

The mind never wants to be where it is. It constantly believes that this moment is not the right moment; this place is not the right place, this job not the right job, this relationship not the right relationship. It needs to be somewhere else, doing something else, feeling something else, anything else but what is happening right now. It can’t be at peace here and now because this place and these circumstances are not the correct criterion for peace. Because it’s not quiet enough, it’s not warm enough, it’s not beautiful enough, the people are not the right kind of people, etc. The mind needs things to change to be at peace. It has many conditions for peace to be here and now. Why can’t it find peace here and now? Because it has unreasonable demands that conditions be just so for peace to finally come. What can we do? Transcend the minds conditions on right and wrong, challenge its’ patterns of belief and refuse its’ unreasonable demands that things change. In doing this you can find peace in an un-peaceful situation. Use this exercise: Say to yourself, ‘I allow peace to be right here and now.’ Repeat often.
