By accepting our own death now we can rid ourselves of our deepest fear and begin to live life to it’s fullest with no fear of the unknown any longer. Embrace suffering and you no longer have an enemy. No enemy, no battle. Acceptance of where we are on our path of Self knowledge helps us to accept our fears and doubts about death. We must accept our own demise and over come our fear of death. If we are living with a fear of death and dying , we are not living fully in the now. We must make peace with our fear of death and our moment up unto our death. We must dye daily in our lives to over come our fears so that we can fully enjoy our lives now.

Death and dying

After we are gone, then what?

Imagine that you have died. There you are at your own funeral, your loved ones are there surrounding you… or not! What are they saying about you and what you have accomplished during this lifetime? Is it positive or negative. Are you happy with what you are seeing and hearing, or are you saddened by it. Have you finished all that you have started in this life and is your life complete? Why are we not planning our death like we plan everything else in our lives. What things should we be focusing on to prepare for our time? After we are gone, then what?

Fear of death is simply the fear of the unknown.

All fears can be tracked back to the fear of our own demise. The death of a loved one and the death of an idea are far from being related – or are they? Do we really know what happens when we have taken our last breath here on earth? Where are our loved ones that have passed? Can we end the pain and suffering that we experience daily? Loose the fear of death and set yourself free from suffering.
