Losing the “Me, Mine and I”

Our next big step in our path is to loose the attachments that we have to the “I” ” Me” and “Mine”. Loosing these attachments will set us free from fear, suffering and pain. No self, no problem! In this episode we will begin to smooth over the well worn paths of the mind and construct new pathways of peace and joy. Erase the old patterns and enjoy your life in the here and now. I s there really a “self” or is that just another story we are hearing in our mind. With self identity will we still be able to function, live, pay bills and go to work? Yes!

By accepting our own death now we can rid ourselves of our deepest fear and begin to live life to it’s fullest with no fear of the unknown any longer. Embrace suffering and you no longer have an enemy. No enemy, no battle. Acceptance of where we are on our path of Self knowledge helps us to accept our fears and doubts about death. We must accept our own demise and over come our fear of death. If we are living with a fear of death and dying , we are not living fully in the now. We must make peace with our fear of death and our moment up unto our death. We must dye daily in our lives to over come our fears so that we can fully enjoy our lives now.

After we are gone, then what?

Imagine that you have died. There you are at your own funeral, your loved ones are there surrounding you… or not! What are they saying about you and what you have accomplished during this lifetime? Is it positive or negative. Are you happy with what you are seeing and hearing, or are you saddened by it. Have you finished all that you have started in this life and is your life complete? Why are we not planning our death like we plan everything else in our lives. What things should we be focusing on to prepare for our time?
