I think meditation should be learned in early age. Because of our upbringing we are programed to use our minds 24/7. Meditation is training ourselves to switch off the chattering mind. That is way its hard to learn how to meditate when we are adults .

Also, I very much agree with the other commented, Khalid, who reflected in the importance of learning meditation early in life. I became a father in the last few months, and I hope to pass this invaluable skill to my daughter when she gets a little older.
