Today recognize that most negative feelings are rooted in fear and that the origin of fear is thought. When we obsess about fear of what could be we are not in the moment. Also when we think about what could happen to us once again we are not in the moment. We spend too much time trying to arrange our lives rather than just living them. Practice watching your thought patterns today and see how much time is spent on fear based thinking.

You have certainly hit a clear note on this one. Years ago i realized just how counterproductive and wasteful this kind of thinking can be. In fact I wound up seeking help. What I was told is exactly what you have said in this podcast. of course that was amny years ago, before the internet and your very helpful website. please continue the great work.
